- My role was to be a point of contact for the main business functions, at Corus/TATA head office. This required project managing and gathering required for the business functions, and also to manage SLA agreements with Capgemini.The business functions were Legal, Strategy and Development, Treasury, Secretariat, and Management services. I establish monthly service board meetings with key stakeholders at board level, to maintain a level of service, and keep stakeholders informed of ongoing projects.
- Two high profile projects were successfully completed within 4 months. The first was the creation of a Business Continuity Plan for Corus/TATA Head office business functions, the stakeholders being at board member level. The plan was tested at Uxbridge NDR centre, and involved the invocation of an Incident Management team.
- The second and upgrade of Global Entity Management System (GEMS) software, and servers, using Capgemini and Computershare. Jonathan received personal thanks from the Corus/TATA Board Secretary, for his management and delivery of the project.
